you might want to have performed? To name a few: termite inspection, property
inspection, roof inspection, chimney/fireplace inspection, foundation inspection.
And did you know that there is a difference between inspectors, and why?
To give you a clue, an inspector who wants repeat business from a seller's
agent will write up a report that is satisfactory to that agent, meaning
"keep
it toned down so as to not scare off the buyer". On the other hand,
an inspector who wants repeat business from an Exclusive Buyer's Agent
will write up a report that is satisfactory to that agent, or "find
every possible thing wrong with the place".
