| HomeBuyer Agents
is a growing leader in buyer representation in San Francisco and Monterey
Bay areas. They represent buyers exclusively, never listing properties
for sale. The best part is it costs nothing extra. If you would like to
speak with an Exclusive Buyer Agent, Contact

This site will lead you to Exclusive
Buyer Agents (EBA) who can help you find and purchase houses, condominiums,
lots, residential income properties, etc. Multiple listings (MLS) are only
a portion of the homes you will see. Learn about the rest of the available
properties in our system, such as bank owned and FSBO. You will enjoy information
on purchasing tips, neighborhoods, schools, loans, current market
conditions, how to get good deals, negotiating strategies and protecting
yourself from buying a bad property.
Ask

This CD gives you a few mistakes to avoid. Our agents will inform you of
many more mistakes to avoid, mistakes that you might never find out about
otherwise.
Welcome
- - - Founded in 1777, as New England
colonists were just beginning America's war of independence, on the banks
of the Guadalupe River, our city began California's first civil settlement
under Spanish rule, with a total population of 66. The Spanish-era precursor
to our modern south bay city was situated only a short distance from today's
city hall. The first state legislature (1849) met here, and it was the
state capital until 1851. It is now one of the largest cities in California.
Located in Santa Clara County, it is part of the Bay Area which is the
fourth largest metropolitan area in the United States.
The city lies in a rich fruit-growing area. Until the early 1960's it had
lots of agriculture, orchards, dairies, wineries and many food-processing
industries. Nearby were Lockheed, Westinghouse and the Ford Plant as the
primary manufacturers. Industrial production developed significantly after
World War II and growth has since been rapid. There are still manufacturers
of business, electric, food-processing machinery; household goods, aircraft
and motor parts. But the manufacture of computers, silicon chips and electronic
items started taking the lead in the late 1960's, 1970's and 1980's.
The explosive growth of internet related companies in the 1990's, brought
a boom to the area, and the rest of what is often referred to as Silicon
Valley, not unlike the California gold rush some 150 years earlier. As
with all gold rushes, the boom turned into a bust in 2001. As the "dot
com" stocks plunged, layoffs abounded. Although still licking its wounds,
the area has come back with a hot real estate market.
Our agents
provide access to all homes for
sale, determine real home
value before you buy, compare neighborhoods, really
negotiate.
And we are willing to show you FSBOs.
We
