    Our city is a favorite city for first time home buyers in Santa Clara County. It has an old downtown with many excellent restaurants and shops. It is located between Palo Alto, Los Altos and Sunnyvale. Moffet Field and San Francisco Bay borders the northeast side. The city has always been a good commute location for most hi-tech employees. Housing prices are reasonable on the north and east side, and quite expensive near the Los Altos and Palo Alto borders where the schools are much better.
