HomeBuyer Agents is a growing leader in buyer representation in the Central Coast and San Francisco Bay areas. They represent buyers exclusively, never listing properties. The best part is it costs nothing extra. If you would like to speak with an Exclusive Buyer Agent, Contact Us.

This web site will lead you to Exclusive Buyer Agents (EBA) who can help you find and purchase houses, condominiums, lots, residential income properties, etc. Multiple listings (MLS) are only a portion of the homes you will see. Learn about the rest of the available properties in our system, such as bank owned and FSBO. You will enjoy information on purchasing tips, neighborhoods, schools, loans, current market conditions, how to get good deals, negotiating strategies and protecting yourself from buying a bad property.

Free CD entitled: "Avoiding Costly Mistakes in the Home Buying Process"
This CD gives you a few mistakes to avoid. Our agents will inform you of many more mistakes to avoid, mistakes that you might never find out about otherwise.

Welcome - - -    In 1602 Sebastian Vizcaino "discovered" the bay and peninsula and named the bay after the viceroy of New Spain. Our city got its start when the Mexican army built a presidio in 1770. It became the capitol of Las Californias in 1776. The adobe custom house which presided over Mexico's only west coast port of entry still stands today.
Commodore John Drake Sloat raised the American flag in July of 1846 claiming on behalf of the United States the territory later to become Utah, Colorado, Arizona, California and New Mexico. This area is now a park located in the midst of a bustling downtown lined with fashionable restaurants, shops, cafes and nightspots. We have preserved more of our city's history than has any other city in California.
In addition to its historical landmarks, our city is also home to a wonderful aquarium, Cannery Row, Fisherman's Wharf and the oldest jazz festival in the world. Not far away is the Laguna Seca race course which is considered to be the number one road course in the world. Nearby can be found hang gliding and some of the most famous golf courses in the world.
In the bay the largest marine sanctuary in the United States extends from the Farallones near San Francisco south past our bay to San Simeon. The south center part of the bay is a Submarine Canyon, comparable in size and shape to the Grand Canyon begins,.extending over 50 miles offshore, reaching depths near 12,000 feet. This canyon allows coastal upwellings of nutrient rich water from the depths of the ocean every spring. Plankton then grows abundantly which forms the basis of the food chain for all marine animals.
The climate here is very mild, averaging 57 degrees. The fog bank comes in most evenings and goes back offshore the following morning. Visitors should dress warmly. Fisherman's Wharf is a popular attraction for visitors. Some of the city's best restaurants are here. And one can get some of the freshest fish anywhere.

Our agents provide access to all homes on the market, determine real home value before you buy, compare neighborhoods, really negotiate. And we are willing to show you FSBO's.

We show FSBO's!! Does anyone else do that?
